Psychotherapy for
Teens and Adults
Who are my psychotherapy services aimed at?
Psychological services are available for adolescents and adults aged 16 and over who wish to address anxiety disorders, ADHD, perfectionism, rumination, time management, chronic stress, separation anxiety, attachment issues, and grief following a breakup.
These services also address the challenges of modern society, such as digital burnout, constant comparison, fear of not being good enough, difficulty forming stable relationships, and the feeling of living under constant pressure to "perform."
What I work on during the session
The therapeutic models I use go beyond traditional therapy focused solely on "talking about what's happening." I work with science-based approaches, known as third-generation therapies—such as Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Activation Therapy, Contextual Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
These models focus on generating real-time changes within the session.
During the therapeutic process, we identify covert behaviors (those not readily apparent), including automatic patterns that emerge within the therapeutic relationship. Through interventions based on authenticity, presence, and connection, we transform patterns that have been repeating themselves for years without you necessarily noticing.
These approaches will help you transform your inner dialogue and work with your nervous system, learning to regulate the fight-or-flight response, reduce physiological arousal, and reconnect with a sense of safety, calm, and connection—with yourself and others.
A change you can feel.
You will learn to relate to yourself differently.
To recognize your inner dialogue.
To regulate your nervous system.
To move out of survival mode.
To feel more present.
More calm.
More like yourself.
Because it's not just about improving symptoms. It's about building an inner life you want to inhabit.
